Rancho Vistoso is a master planned community of 7750 acres located in Oro Valley just northwest of Tucson. This very popular area offers breathtaking views of the Tortolita Mountains. There are 4000 homes and 31 neighborhoods that range from first time homes to million dollar estates.

This community was started in 1986 beside the Greg Nash designed 18 hole golf course. There are 2488 homes, 92 patio homes, and 80 townhouses.
The community comprises 1,000 acres with a population of nearly 4,400. The golf course uses 150 acres; 350 acres are left as "green" or natural area and the balance of 500 acres are built with homes. Besides the golf course, there are 3 recreation centers that include dance studios, card rooms, pools, spas, and ball and pickle ball courts.
