Most National Banks, Brokers and Wholesale Lenders Increase Minimium FICO Credit Score for FHA Loans

Just recently, most of the national banks, brokers and wholesale lenders have increased their minimum fico score requirements on FHA loans to 620.   We have seen a spike in loans being declined by lenders due to scores being below 620.

If your credit score is between 580 to 620, I know that Nova Home Loans is a direct endorser with HUD for FHA loans and still has the ability to approve FHA loans for those buyers who have a FICO score down to 580.

If you would like to speak to someone knowledgable at Nova, drop me an email and I can give you his name and telephone number.  He works nights and weekends also!

Chris
